JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for filing of all documents of employees and keep the same safe
  • Responsible for updating Employee master data on daily basis
  • Maintaining checklist for all pending documents and updating accordingly
  • Tracking of Vacation and Resignation of all employees and maintaining TRV report for the same
  • Issuance of  Offer Letter, Joining Letter,  and all other joining formalities for New Arrivals
  • Issuance of Re-joining letter
  • Responsible to inform operations Department regarding flight schedules, New Joining, Re-Joining, Travelling for vacation and cancellation.
  • New and renew QID, Health Card& Food Handling Certificate for all employees updating in master data and coordination with PRO
  • Responsible to register for Food Handling Certificate and schedule appointments for the same through MOH.
  • Facilitate the creation of files of newly hired employees and safe keep the same
  • Monitor QID & Health Card expiration through master data and coordinating with PRO for the same
  • Performing other tasks assigned by department heads

  • Bachelor Degree Preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible to check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
  • Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle. To edit text submissions made by other members of staff including more senior members of the team.
  • Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body.
  • Responsible for updating all spreadsheets, databases and company sales records and to produce reports for both the team and for management when required.
  • Receive and deal with enquiries from Sales manager and management concerning Tenders.
  • Responsible to follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch.
  • Create professional documentation to a very high standard with particular focus on accuracy and care.
  • To provide technical and commercial writing skills to the team and produce costing information to help the Tendering Team decision making.
  • Responsible to control the key milestones within each submission of tender.
  • Responsible to maintain confidentiality of all the works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • Experience in preparing tenders related to hospitality industries.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Time management and self-starter
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to produce exceptional quality written and creative work for tender
  • Good working knowledge in tendering and contract management processes and techniques.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate and liaise between Site-Supervisors, Senior Supervisors and Assistant Project Manager and other support functions, to ensure that all projects meet client requirements efficiently, and update the Senior Operations Manager periodically pertaining to daily operations.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system for operations department for easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Employee record administration for the project activities
  • Review performance evaluations of workers and provide recommendations for promotions.
  • Based on customer feedback, recommend areas of improvement required on sites.
  • Reviewing Time Sheets individually for all workers and forwarding to HR Department for payroll.
  • Update and maintain manpower allocation database, for current and future projects, in addition to assigning workers to fulfill immediate requirements.
  • Preparation of Leave/Resignation Schedule to ensure that there will not be labor shortage/excess labor, in coordination with HR Department and allocating replacements as and when required.
  • Responsible for correspondence from the client concerning projects issue.
  • Review department policies, procedure manuals and make recommendations to the Senior Operations Manager, interpret department policies and procedures when needed
  • Consolidates reports from Senior Supervisors and makes concise report for Senior Operations Manager.
  • Follow the instructions and tasks given by management.
  • Anything else requested by management.
